Extremely Rude and Arrogant Person - Worst Store Experience

Went to Notebook Hub - Laptop & Mobile Store, Hinjewadi for a simple battery replacement, and the guy there was shockingly rude and full of attitude. When I asked for a basic receipt for submitting my phone, he refused and said, “Main idhar hi hoon na, itna bada dukaan leke kahin jaa raha kya? Tumhara to saada phone hai, logon ke iPhone 15,16 aise hi theek karte.”

What kind of nonsense is that? Refusing to give a receipt for a phone submission - who takes responsibility if something goes wrong or if any malpractice is performed using my phone? This is not how a business that’s been “running since 2010” should behave. No professionalism, no courtesy, just arrogance and disrespect.

There’s a way to talk to customers - shouting and showing attitude doesn’t make you superior. Having two phones in hand doesn’t make you a maharaja and other phone "saada". Learn to respect people who walk into your shop.

Pathetic behaviour, zero professionalism. Never going back, and I strongly warn others to stay away from this place. If there was an option for zero stars, this place deserves it.
